I was one of the lucky few to receive a jar of BlakeMakes.com’s first batch of Peanut Butter Dulce De Leche. Blake is a friend I met a couple of years ago while visiting New Orleans for EarthLink/Earthling. He has recently started up a food blog and is now experimenting with producing food products under the Blake Makes label. Even though I was a little slow on the draw with his offer a few days ago, he graciously snuck me in to the “beta” list.
The jar arrived last night and this morning I opened it up, but not without shooting each step in breathless gadget blog “unboxing” fashion:
